The Country Manager Finland is responsible for the overall business results for the country, the position in the Finnisch market and the development and wellbeing of the team in Finland.
Responsibilities:
- Overall sales & business development leadership for the sales area, in accordance with the company´s strategy and priorities.
- Build, maintain and develop a strong team of specialists (technical, commercial, support) with a high sense of channel- and customer satisfaction.
- Achieving the business and financial results for the sales area, including P&L ownership and management.
- Definition and execution of the channel development plan, covering the full spectrum of channel and alliance partners.
- Drive A&E specifications program and other partner programs in area.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and stakeholder engagement in the security industry.
- Effectively communicate the commercial value proposition through proposals and evangelization.
- Adopt and actively support technology innovations and new business models like artificial intelligence and machine learning, security as a service.
- Commercial coordination internally and externally in conjunction with customer projects.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and business reporting to the region and the business unit.
- Detect and capture market insight & customer feedback and drive internal alignment with product management.
Knowledge / Skills:
- Experience working in a two-tier distribution model that includes managing external sales representatives or distributors.
- Proven ability to drive and motivate sales channels including process improvement, solutions selling skills, adoption of technology and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to grow business organically.
- Highly developed relationship building skills, ability to build credibility and influence.
- Responsible Sales Management mindset with strong leadership, strategic, analytical, business, planning, problem-solving and technical ability.
- Exceptional and professional people and team management skills. Proven ability to attract and grow talent within an international organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Finnish.
- An existing network and knowledge in Security Solutions Market is a must.
- Willing to travel frequently within and outside the territory.
Education / Experience:
- Masters Degree in business management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ overall P&L management experience, including 3+ years in (B2B) sales management, people & team management in relevant environment.
