Are you interested in international infrastructure sales? Do you have experience from international mega deals? We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team Strategic Projects. 

As a Senior Project Manager within the business area Strategic Projects you will support Swedish companies in their single largest international business opportunities in mainly infrastructure projects within Energy and Transport. The area is a central part of the Swedish Trade and Invest Strategy that aims to substantially increase the success of Swedish companies’ export, leading to economic growth and increased employment in Sweden. Several of the projects are also an important role of the Trade to aid strategy, supporting a sustainable development globally in collaboration with Swedish companies and collaboration partners. 

You will be part of the team Strategic Projects at Business Sweden’s headquarters, that leads and assigns projects worldwide. The support addresses single companies in their highest prioritized project export opportunities. Additional to the company representatives the project teams consist of personnel from Business Sweden´s international offices, Embassies but also representatives from other relevant government authorities and promotion actors (together called Team Sweden). To strengthen our team further, we would like to add senior competence within the transport sector, preferably also innovation and system design. 

You need to be passionate about international sales and result driven, excellent in complex sales in international environments. You need to take a natural place in high-level relations and meetings with Swedish and International Executive management as well as with Ministers and government representatives. You also need knowledge regarding complex tenders in the private and public sector, finance solutions and diplomacy. 

You will be located at Business Sweden’s headquarters in Stockholm but will be travelling internationally, including emerging markets in South America, Africa and Asia.
