We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead a commercial transformation. The CCO will focus on building digital sales alongside establishing offline operations. The company would like to transition towards a more customer-centric approach, and the CCO will be pivotal in driving change and scaling the business.
Responsibilities
As the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for digital and traditional sales. The role requires you to lead the development of our e-commerce channels and build the sales team across Sweden and the Nordics. You will be directly involved with customers and drive strategic and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all sales efforts, both digital and offline
- Develop and implement digital sales channels (e-commerce)
- Build and manage the sales team in Sweden and the Nordics
- Engage directly with customers – not just a managerial role
- Establish KPIs and performance management systems

- Proven experience in B2B sales
- Understanding of digital transformation and e-commerce

Qualifications & Background
- Experience in a similar industry or related media/print sectors is preferred
- Proven experience in B2B digital sales
- No specific educational requirements, though a relevant degree is a plus
- “Street smartness,” teamwork, and humility are essential
- Experience in driving change initiatives is desirable
