As the Head of Business Development at BBH Stockholm, you will be responsible for driving business development, identifying new growth opportunities, and leading the agency’s client acquisition strategies. You will play a critical role in positioning BBH Stockholm as a leader in service design and innovation within the Nordic market, ensuring sustainable business growth by fostering long-term client relationships and developing creative solutions to meet market demands. Key Responsibilities

Business Development:
Identify and pursue new opportunities in service design, UX, and innovation. Lead pitches, proposals, and negotiations with high-value prospects.

Strategic Leadership:
Shape growth strategies, define KPIs, and leverage market insights to keep BBH Stockholm ahead of client needs.

Brand & Positioning:
Elevate BBH’s presence through strategic marketing, thought leadership, and partnerships. Represent the agency at industry events and conferences.

Client Retention & Growth:
Strengthen relationships with existing clients, introduce innovative services, and ensure high satisfaction for long-term partnerships.

Team Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams, foster a culture of growth and innovation, and collaborate with the Publicis Groupe network. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years of experience in a growth, business development, or client-facing role within a service design, creative, or digital agency environment.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of service design, user experience (UX), and innovation trends, with the ability to translate this knowledge into actionable growth strategies. You are confident navigating a tech-oriented environment and possess a strong understanding of the complexities required for success.

Relationship Management: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, particularly with senior-level decision-makers.

Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and trust in both internal teams and clients.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about business growth and client acquisition, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Market Insight: Deep understanding of the Swedish and Nordic market landscape, with a focus on identifying emerging opportunities.
