About the role

In this role, you will work closely with the COO to drive the execution of PodX’s group strategy by leading and delivering priority initiatives across the company portfolio. You will take full ownership of cross-company projects, managing them end-to-end from problem definition and planning through implementation, follow-up, and measuring impact.

With a strong portfolio of podcast and content companies in place, PodX Group’s focus has evolved from acquisitions to execution, integration, and performance improvement. As Head of Operations, you will sit at the centre of the group, working closely with the CFO & COO to drive operational excellence and lead cross-company initiatives.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, leading initiatives end-to-end, and creating tangible results. You will work across multiple companies, markets, and functions, helping scale what works while respecting PodX’s decentralized, entrepreneurial culture.

What you will do

Drive execution of group strategy together with the COO by leading priority initiatives across PodX companies
Lead cross-company projects from problem definition and planning to implementation and follow-up
Improve operational effectiveness by identifying best practices, optimizing processes, and scaling successful ways of working
Identify and realize synergies across companies, including cost efficiencies, revenue opportunities, and shared capabilities
Drive performance improvement initiatives focused on growth, profitability, and scalability
Promote a data-driven approach through common KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking
Lead group-wide transformation initiatives, including system harmonization, AI and automation, and operational analytics

Who you are

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Media, or a related field
Typically 5–10 years of relevant experience, for example from:
-Management consulting (strategy, operations, and/or transformation), or
-Operational, PMO, or transformation roles in growing or multi-entity organizations
Strong execution skills with proven ability to lead projects and initiatives end-to-end
Structured, analytical, and pragmatic with a strong problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working with data and driving fact-based decisions
Able to operate effectively in complex, evolving environments
Clear communicator who can influence across teams, companies, and senior stakeholders
