About the role

This role offers close collaboration with the Group CEO and direct exposure to executive leadership, strategy, and operations at group level. As Management Trainee and Executive Assistant, you will play a central role in PodX’s daily operations. The position suits a driven individual seeking early responsibility and an accelerated career path within business, media, or entertainment.

What you will do

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, prioritisation, day-to-day planning, and coordination of travel and logistics.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials, document discussions and decisions with precision, and ensure structured follow-up on agreed actions.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across PodX Group and its subsidiaries, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive alignment and progress.
  • Support leadership decision-making through research, analysis, and the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Drive continuous improvement by strengthening workflows, organisational structures, and operational efficiency for both the CEO and the wider organisation.
  • Work closely alongside the CEO to gain first-hand exposure to leadership, strategy, and business operations, including insight into the CEO’s responsibilities as Chairman of three external companies, two of which are publicly listed.

Who you are

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English (Swedish or other languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with project management tools.
  • High integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong ownership mentality.
