As our new Head of Marketing, you’ll own and execute our global marketing strategy – from building the brand to defining the industry narrative – this is your chance to own it all.
You’ll be the driving force behind how Besedo shows up in the market – shaping our story, sharpening our positioning, and ensuring every message resonates with the right audience.
You will be deeply hands-on –driving inbound demand and supporting outbound sales efforts while laying the groundwork to grow and lead a high-performing team in the future.

Your mission
- Build & own the global marketing strategy – Drive awareness, demand, and brand positioning in the content moderation and trust & safety space.
- Define ICP & enterprise positioning – Shape a clear B2B go-to-market strategy focused on upper mid-market and lower enterprise segments.
- Establish thought leadership – Build a clear and consistent point of view that influences the industry, secures media coverage, and strengthens Besedo’s authority.
- Drive inbound demand – Launch and scale content marketing (blogs, eBooks, webinars) and manage paid/organic channels to hit MQL targets.
- Power product marketing – Turn complex SaaS capabilities into sharp positioning, competitive battlecards, and sales enablement that win Enterprise deals.
- Fuel outbound success – Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create campaigns, sequences, and case studies that accelerate pipeline.
- Scale the function – Start as our one-person marketing powerhouse, then recruit and grow a world-class team.
What you’ll do
- Craft Besedo’s story – From high-level positioning to copy, campaigns, and creative assets. You choose the tools where you’re most comfortable.
- Lead PR & thought leadership – Secure media exposure, drive industry conversations, and build Besedo’s share of voice globally.
- Engage the market – Run webinars and amplify our message by building smart partnerships and tapping into industry events and initiatives to maximize impact.
- Work cross-functionally – Report directly to the CEO, collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success and Product.
You’ll thrive here if you
- Have a T-shaped skillset – deep expertise in web & content strategy, digital marketing execution, product messaging, with broad competency across brand design, copywriting, and basic graphic/layout.
- Bring 5–10 years of hands-on marketing experience in SaaS environments, ideally with Enterprise go-to-market exposure.
- Communicate with influence – strong written and verbal skills to influence senior stakeholders, and external audiences across our global organization.
- Drive results – have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding demand generation targets in a metrics-driven environment.
- Understand the journey – knowledge of B2B buyer journeys and complex sales cycles – and how to influence them.
- Are technically curious – eager to work closely with Product and Tech to translate innovation into sharp messaging.
- Combine strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude – thriving on creating and building from the ground up.
- Master the tools that matter – HubSpot (or similar), WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
